Still can’t decide whether to get According to Greta on Blu-Ray or not? Well, if you’re not simply convinced by how beautiful the movie is, let Blu-Ray.com do it with their review.

The review gives you a what-to-expect with the Blu-Ray disc’s tech specs on the movie — from its quality up to its special features. You can also check out some high quality 1080p screenshots from the movie here. We might cap the whole film in Blu-Ray when we get the chance!

Video 4 of 5
“…boasts a wonderful 1080p, 1.85:1-framed transfer. Fine detail is generally exceptional throughout.”

Audio 3.5 of 5
“…healthy but not particularly engaging Dolby TrueHD 5.1 lossless soundtrack. Satisfactory within the confines of its limited sound design.”

Supplements 1 of 5
“…comes with but a few minor extras.”

Final Words 3 of 5
“…may find meaning with younger audiences coping with issues similar to those that have come to define the life of its lead character.”

A lot of online stores are discounting huge on the Blu-Ray disc. Check out the current price list at some major online DVD stores in the USA:

What’s ironic is how because of all these discounts, the Blu-Ray release of According to Greta is getting cheaper than the DVD [$26.97]. Don’t forget to grab a copy of the DVD or Blu-Ray on Tuesday, January 19!

Greta was OK. The movie was kind of drab, in the after school special kind of way. She is typecast as the sexy, quirky, troubled teen. I want to see her play more adult roles.
